- Developed a custom CRM system using Next.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL to manage customer facial treatment history, product sales, and appointment/booking scheduling.
- Developed a customer feedback survey module (rating + comments) integrated with the CRM to capture post-facial service feedback.
- Integrated Auth.js for secure multi-role authentication and designed a clean UI with Shadcn/ui, tailored for non-technical staff.
- Used daily by 10+ staff at the Galaxy Mall Surabaya branch, increasing service speed and data tracking efficiency.
